The YNN App is powered by the Youth Navigator Network (YNN) in Ohio. YNN connects youth and young adults in care or who have aged out of foster care to key resources and more. The YNN App specifically is designed to help make it easier to browse resources, connect directly with YNN Navigators, and catch up on media created by the Young Adult Advisory Council (YAAC).
