What We Do
We help Ohio's young people who are in care, have been in foster care, or recently transitioned out of foster care access resources, navigate complicated forms and processes, and build an expanded network of support.

At Youth Navigator Network, we have full-time YNN Navigators you can talk with directly about challenges you are facing or opportunities you are striving for. We meet you where you are, listen first, and offer direct help as we are able. Areas we can be most helpful with include:
